This recipe is the variation of the well known chocolate brownie usually made with either dark or milk chocolate. I have heard of this recipe before but never had the chance to make it and to be honest i am not a fan of white chocolate but my wife is , so that’s the reason why i tried this recipe.
*75 grs of unsalted butter
*300 grs of white chocolate
*80 grs of muscovado sugar
*100 grs of chopped walnuts
*200 grs of plain flour
*100 grs of white chocolate chips
*1 tsp of vanilla extract
1.Melt the butter and white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
2. In the meantime , beat the eggs sugar and vanilla together before adding the melted chocolate mixture.
3.Add the remaining ingredients to the batter then pour the mixture into a lined baking pan .
4.Bake in a preheated oven 30 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
